yeah body fat is @ 28% using a scale and teh same using the thing you squeeze onto with your hands.
By "diet" I mean jus eating more like a normal person not eating pizza and cheeseburgers. Making meals at home, using lower fat versions of meals. Balancing out protein/carbs/fats.
Not eating pizza and cheesburgers is not a diet, can you post speificlly what you eat in a day;
