Whats your leg routine those are some tree trunks

To warm up quads........leg extensions x 4 sets...15 reps
higher reps.............squats x 4 sets...........15 reps
........................leg press x 4 sets........15 reps
........................lunges x 4 sets...........across/back gym
Hamstrings..............stiff legged deads x 4 sets..15 reps
........................leg curls x 4 sets.........15 reps
I often incorporate one leg at a time with exercises such as leg extensions, leg presses, and leg curls. This enables me to focus on that mind/muscle link and make the weaker leg work independently. I also split up my quad and hamstring workouts, because which ever one you do second will suffer because of exerting so much power to the first in the order.

No great genetics other than staying lean no matter what i ate when i was youger. Size didn't come easy! I was the runt in High School who graduated at 130lbs! What contributed most?....diet enriched with high protein...never swaying away from minimal 450g's a day up to sometimes 600g's/day. Protein...protein...protein! #2 is mind/muscle link>>>lighten up and grow is my philosophy> Yes train heavy, but never at the sacrifice of form. Good clean reps...which almost has a cadence like a drum beat in a band. Get that muscle pumped with blood with good reps...not momentum! Its the rbc's that carry nutrition to the muscles for growth. I hate seeing younger guys with 315 on bench bouncing the weight off their chest and there ass coming off the bench. Lighten up and grow. I'm National level and don't even finish with 315lbs on bench. If 225lbs can fill that chest with blood and a full pump...use it! Lighten up and grow!

It depends on what stage of training and time of year...like offseason or precontest and what week out. For example, my avatar pic, i'm 5'6.5" and 210 lbs prolly 14 weeks out from a show.

Man I just saw these pics for the first time plat and they are awesome! You so freaking dry and lean! quads are incredible, what I would give to look down and see some huge wheels!
