Vitargo does spike insulin levels and it does so in a very powerful way. If I don't eat anything within 45 minutes I get light headed because my blood sugar level seems to crash. I think the reason why I didn't gain any bodyfat from Vitargo is, that this high molecular starch is filling up muscular glyocgen stores much more effectively than dextrose does, hence less carbs will be stored as fat, especially when consumed after a workout.
