Anyone still play around with this stuff ?

I see it's been banned for sale in the UK now , but still in health food stores across canada ... any ideas on that one ?

I've toy'ed with the doses a bit but never got the " rush " that some guys claim comes 5 to 15 minutes later ... maybe i'm not taking enough

Anywhere between 5 to 20 grams seems to be the target although i've never went over 10 grams at one time so maybe thats why ..

I'll tell you one thing for sure .... i get wild and crazy full colour dreams on the stuff , if nothing else .

Then again ZMA makes me dream and that's just overpriced shit as well ..

Its not a rush, but a pins and needles type feeling.

ZMA is a good way to go...just make your own if you find it too expensive.
