GABA help and other gh releasing supps

I've had sleeping problems for years burn, both falling asleep and staying asleep. After reading some of your posts, I just ordered half a dozen vials of Ipamorelin to give it a try. Even if it doesn't help my sleep much it'll still help me lean out right? :)

If everything diet wise is in order then yes it should help.
 
Hey, just picked up some GABA to help get some deeper sleep, used it once before with a lot if success but after doing a little more research now it not only seems as though it raises gh, but also raises prolactin. Anybody have any real world experience as the papers I'm finding and reading about are not really helping me establish a final decision. I'm well aware of the ghrps and found with ghrp6 I gained a lot of water weight. Just looking for deeper sleep as work is stressful and tiring. Or how about GABA + 5htp

Well if you've used GABA before then you know how good it is......its worked well for me for calming nerves before when I used it with L-Theanine.....

however, I'd keep in mind that its been shown to be very psychologically (and chemically) addictive , but I suppose thats always a risk with sleeping supplements.

I've heard good things about Need2Sleep, never used it though.
