G-Plenish week 2

I got some G-plenish last week. I was planning on saving it for post cycle because I am on right now but couldn't resist with all the great reviews. I figured it would also be beneficial during a cycle since it is basically protein and started mixing it with my shakes a couple of days ago...

One problem though, what the hell should I do about the taste. I have been mixing it with my shakes in the blended so that it wont clump but the taste is pretty rough. I have been thinking of putting a tablespoon in my mouth and just downing it with water....


What have you guys been doing to mask the taste????
 
just add more protien powder or

a smart idea

half a ripe banana............


sorry for the inconveiniance hopfully the results will make up for it =)
 
Thanks Omega, I've actually been mixing it with strawberries but they didnt help too much. I am trying to lean up a little so I am avoiding sugary fruits like banana's. I am already using 3 scoops of protein and I dont really wanna go any higher. 60g of protein is more than enough to satisfy me for one meal...

Most people seem to feel that the results make up for the taste so I am going to try just putting it in my mouth and downing it with water....


Anyone else try this???
 
well we need to solve this for ya =-)

try your three scoops of Protien powder and get some Splenda (sugar less sweetener) and blend

let me know for things like this ultimatley lead to better ideas down the road
 
I have been trying splenda and it DOES help but you can still definately taste the Gplenish... I realized that yopu started a thread on this specific question so I will reply in that thread from now on... Thanks for helping....

yea I just decided that im not gonna be spending my money on anavar cause right now i'm all natural and seeing great results with just hard work/good diet so I'm just gonna buy few supps again...

just take:

Creatine

G-plenish

Glucorell- r

and

a good Whey and thermo for a while

also cycle those supplement once and a while

ps I thinks it great you know that you should wait a while while taking anabolics

smart move =)
 
G-plenish - need for recovery

Glucorell- r - cause I eat shitload of carbs so I can have better practices

so those 2 are for sure

I dont know about creatine and thermo but we'll see

as for juice, I would really have to spend every penny that I got to get something that would last for 3 weeks and not sure if it would work or not still(plus what happens if I get tested)

other then that I've been completly natural(nothing other then good ol food) and realised that I can make good gains so also a good reason why I shouldnt waste time with aas at the moment
