have been using for four days...

no soreness from the two workouts so far this week. tonite, i will be training chest, will do some excercises i have not touched in a while. will also do some sprinting tomorrow. will keep the updates coming.
 
unfortunately, the dosages have been two or three per day, not what i had previously mentioned. i take one serving in the morning and two after the workout, before bed. diet has not been too steady, i dont eat much at work except two or three mrps (mass matrix from prolab). on non workout days i only have one serving before bed. mixability is not great, but thats not a huge issue. taste is bland, also no big deal as far as im concerned. a sample of six thermos came with it, took one tonight and i feel very alert. i will have to give the product several weeks before making any definative comment. no matter how effective a supp may be, it wont make up for deficiency in diet or training. so far so good.
 
hey thanks. you could just belnd it all together in the AM or an night and take it with you.

as far as a supp combination all hype aside

CREATINE + GLUTAMINE PEPTIDES + R-ALA + GOOD FOOD + SLEEP
= success............with these you could get much farther than without
Trex has alot of stuff in it, so if your taking all those your feedback would be great



now please get your diet together!
 
thanks. the diet thing is an issue. in the past when i have eaten three good meals and three mrps a day i would make solid gains. my problem is consistency, currently compounded by financial issues (not enough coin to eat like i should). i have never taken steroids and im laying off creatine because i want to lose weight. are the guys at af working on a creatine product, or is there really nothing more that can be done to make it more effective? sorry for the disjointed post.

OMEGA - Do you have plans for adding "flavors" to G-Plenish? Such aas chocolate, strewberry, ect.
 
Hey J when we add the flavor there will also be extra goodies but its on the drawing board,

also we are waiting for another ingedient thats not even available yet

I think Ideally that you would want to space them out in Three too Four large doses.


when you divide it out throughout the day the likely hood of maintaining a positive nitrogen balance, and hence an anabolic state increases.

however Fonz introduced me to the "double up" idea where say before bed you take twice the normal amount.
This would aid in the likely hood of facilitating a GH pulse before bed.

interestingly enough in this months Muscle and Fitness that idea was recomended...........


I think your ok either way though bro its seems to be a dose dependant issue (ie. amount matters more )

Cutting right now slowly, upon addition of glutagain I gained 4 lbs in a week (no bs) while continuing to get leaner, have been much fuller, more vascular and have a more enhanced appearance...excellent product.
 
just ran out of my supply. great product. result are small but noticable(which is great for any legal supp)

gonna restock for my post cycle therapy after my cycle i plan to start in oct.

just an FYI

we have a couple of Doctors starting to prescribe G-plenish to patients

that really makes me happy personally

if we get very big one day I want Gplenish to be in medical facilities

for those who have been burnt, under chemo, or those who did alot of subtance abuse

for those who did lots of drugs glutamine is very good for the brain, restoring hepatic function, and just plain good for you like you mentioned.


God willing we will be able to do that down the road:)
 
turns out there is a small practice in CANADA they bought a ton of G-plenish and they are giving it to patients who are losing lean mass after or during catabolic (muscle wasting) sickness, and for those who have surpressed immune systems form variuos viruses, and illness

immune enhancing and muscle sparing, and good for you

to bad it tastes mildley earthy =)

Okay, I really love this stuff, but you GOTTA do something about the taste. I mean really!

My recovery from workouts is much faster and my endurance while working out is way up, so I'll keep gulping it down no doubt about that! Did my weekly plyometric/agility session today and it was a breeze compared to past weeks. Even sprints are getting easier. And muscle soreness after lifting is not as long-lasting.

Put some in my Cream of Wheat this morning. Will never do that again, tasted like ass. So, I'll have to stick to adding it to my chocolate protein shake.

Excellent, excellent product though. Thumbs up to Omega. :)

Dont up the price to better the flavor and don't decrease the effectiveness to better the flavor either. :rolleyes: What a bunch of whiners.

Agreed.The stuff mixes well in any type of Protein shake,and I actually enjoy the taste when combined with a chocolate or Peanut Butter flavor.The results it gives far outweighs a little strong flavoring.
 
I am NOT advocating the actual product and effectiveness to go down simply to change the flavor. As I said in my post, I like the actual product too much to worry about the flavor. I wouldn't dream of not taking it JUST because it tastes "interesting". It really isn't bad blended in a choc shake (like Huck said).
 
I'd prefer they just keep it pure bonded peptides. If you want to improve the taste, do what they'd do, add some vanilla and sucralose. (Splenda)

Bump on the sucralose. Thats a good idea Frackal. Probably the best tasting fake sugar out there. Also, its very heat resistant. And to my knowledge extremely safe(No bad studies on it that i have read).
The flavouring is a matter of choice....probably best to go with vanilla and chocolate. I just don't see the Glutamine peptides in strawberry, banana or whatever othe flavours. Don't see how they would be palatable.

Excellent idea. I'll ahve to try that sometime. Right now I am really into blending it with water and my choc protein powder.

Maybe sugar-free pudding mix or SF jello mix too?

I think that "doctor's" website is a bunch of bunk bullshyte. Most of his evidence comes from one study.......bad sign. It takes many many studies to even establish simple facts....I mean look, its supposedly revolutionary that high protein diets work after this diet that came out this week....wow, bodybuilders have been doing that since the crucifiction. Think of all the supposed "studies" which have shown things that everyone now knows are false. Scientists, contrary to popular belief, are biased and ignorant (at times) just like the rest of humanity.... Proof of this can be seen in the fact that it has taken so long for high proten/low carb diets to gain any modicum of respectability.

I finally ordered a jug and am running it with slin. I take a shot of it in water pre-workout, taste isn't too bad if you slam it. I also mix it in both pwo shakes and you can't taste it at all. With the way most of us eat, very bland foods, I don't see why anyone cares what this stuff tastes like.

we are thinking about having a
4- 4.5 pounds version of Gplenish available
and the pricing will be a better deal than the already nicely priced first version.;)

I am tryign to scientifically prove the mechanisms as to why, it can't just be glycogen.....

as far as other info on when to take it:


as far as when to take it it does not matter, but post workout with a good whey protein and dextrose has worked wonders for post workout lethargy.

your energy levels pick up quickly after two scoops, and your plasma glutamine levels get restored or exceed normalcy which is excellent at halting catabolism, cortisol, protien loss, and oxidation,and restoring glycogen levels.
 
hey do you think this would go good with basketball? cause we got long/intense practices and most of the time after practice on monday I'm tired for rest of the week but I still have to go to practice everyday...

oh and maybe some a cycle of anavar.. i'm making a list of all the supps I will need once the ones i got at home are over..

you don't need anavar yet:)

its very good with any type of endurance activity, its going to help you sustain output for longer periods of time.

which means that you'll be ahead of others.

also post pratice or game would be ideal to restore what may have been depleted while playing.

for you twice a day would be perfect.

1.5 tablespoons in the AM
1.5 tablespoons post workout.....

what do you think?


Fonz is a Soccer player semi pro, or Collegiatte I forget and he has stated that endurance capabilities hase gone up, while at the same time post workout sorness has gone down alot.....
 
I got some G-plenish last week. I was planning on saving it for post cycle because I am on right now but couldn't resist with all the great reviews. I figured it would also be beneficial during a cycle since it is basically protein and started mixing it with my shakes a couple of days ago...

One problem though, what the hell should I do about the taste. I have been mixing it with my shakes in the blended so that it wont clump but the taste is pretty rough. I have been thinking of putting a tablespoon in my mouth and just downing it with water....


What have you guys been doing to mask the taste????
 
just add more protien powder or

a smart idea

Thanks Omega, I've actually been mixing it with strawberries but they didnt help too much. I am trying to lean up a little so I am avoiding sugary fruits like banana's. I am already using 3 scoops of protein and I dont really wanna go any higher. 60g of protein is more than enough to satisfy me for one meal...

Most people seem to feel that the results make up for the taste so I am going to try just putting it in my mouth and downing it with water....


Anyone else try this???
 
well we need to solve this for ya =-)

try your three scoops of Protien powder and get some Splenda (sugar less sweetener) and blend

let me know for things like this ultimatley lead to better ideas down the road
 
I have been trying splenda and it DOES help but you can still definately taste the Gplenish... I realized that yopu started a thread on this specific question so I will reply in that thread from now on... Thanks for helping....

It will help any athlete that does intense cardiovascular(aerobic) training.

yea I just decided that im not gonna be spending my money on anavar cause right now i'm all natural and seeing great results with just hard work/good diet so I'm just gonna buy few supps again...

G-plenish

Glucorell- r

and

a good Whey and thermo for a while

also cycle those supplement once and a while

ps I thinks it great you know that you should wait a while while taking anabolics

smart move =)

Glucorell- r - cause I eat shitload of carbs so I can have better practices

so those 2 are for sure

I dont know about creatine and thermo but we'll see

as for juice, I would really have to spend every penny that I got to get something that would last for 3 weeks and not sure if it would work or not still(plus what happens if I get tested)

other then that I've been completly natural(nothing other then good ol food) and realised that I can make good gains so also a good reason why I shouldnt waste time with aas at the moment

thats how I do it. its very simple
 
whats it like when u get off a g-plenish after continous use? Will u lose most of the mass, etc? Or will u become lethargic?

based on user experince it pushes you to a higher level, and relsults do not go away, they stay,
you keep the added muscle lean mass

however the speed of your recuperation may start to lag
 
no you did'nt

our original was suppost to be 1000 grams

then,

we upped it to over 1200 grams at the last minute

now its going up to 1500 grams

so its going to be 1 pound heavier than the original intended version, and more than a half a pound heavier than the 1200 version

so don't worry
 
its an additive bro,
just add the one tablespoons spoons worth to any of your protein shakes or homade protein drinks.

I have mine with oatmeal (flavored)
