I take 2-3 servings a day and it last quite a long time
sometimes i only take 2 and I am fine.

anyway once you add things up its not expensive at all it is as much or less than a protein powder:)

rememeber 2 scoops is a good amount, in fact its the recommended dose so your going to reap benifits.
its when your hitting cardio, lifting and dieting hard that a slight increase in dosage to 3-4 scoops will come in handy and supercomensate for any possible deficit you may incurr.:)
you would only need this once and a while.
for example I only take 3 scoops when I do cardio in the AM and Legs in the PM like today =)
tommorrow I know I will not that sore, and definatly less fatigued than without the Gplenish
I am also 250 right now so I am a big guy and 3 scoops is plenty

Well it's been a little over a week now on Gplenish and I wholeheartedly recommend it. I've been using 3 scoops a day along with thermorexin and Glucorell R and my strength, endurance, vascularity, muscle fullness, and recovery has gone up noticeably. And Fonz claims it gets better!!!
 
well thats that i am definately going to make an order.. I have some big tournaments coming up and i really hope this helps

fonz or anyone else out there.. does anyone take this right after a workout on an empty stomach.

when do you guys take this. I would think that I would take it pre workout post workout and b4 bed??? what do you guys think. if i was to add a 4th serving when would be the best time for that maybe in the am with carbs (insulin sensitive) ??

when is the flavored version going to be available.

BTW i do think that you guys are doing a good job of getting info out there w/o being overly biased

I use a maximum of 4 scoops/day.

1. When I lift and do cardio(4)(Not very often but happens. Sometimes you have so much energy you have to let it go)
2. When I do cardio(3) AM and PM and Post-cardio
3. When I lift(3) AM and PM and post-Wo
4. Rest(2) AM and PM

I'd normally only recommend 3 scoops/day for a normal athlete b/c combining weights and cardio(long duration) in the same day is not a good idea. I do this very sparingly.

Thanks again for the great post Fonz!

When I am preparing for a tournament 4 days out of the week I lift (Am) and then practice Judo at night. I normally reduce the # of lifting sessions about 2-3 weeks out and I drop the intensity of the Judo sessions about a week out to avoid injury and just work technique and speed.

I hope this gives me a bit, or maybe a large boost in recovery/endurance when I am in a very intense training routine.

bought some yesterday. will give it a run. if fonz and 2 thick endorse it is worth trying at the very least. with seventy servings per container i will take three servings one day and four the next. this will give me twenty days to evaluate. i am trying to lose twenty pounds by the end of the year while improving my strength in the compound lifts. essentially i want to be lighter, stronger and more flexible. i have supplemented with glutamine peptides before, purchased from protein factory three years ago. no discernable improvements, possibly due to nb.

just remember two things

mix it in the blenlder, or shake it dry with your other protien powder before mixing

and mix 1 scooop of GPLENISH too every 3-4 scoops of protien powder since I like the taste I just use two scoops
