unfortunately, the dosages have been two or three per day, not what i had previously mentioned. i take one serving in the morning and two after the workout, before bed. diet has not been too steady, i dont eat much at work except two or three mrps (mass matrix from prolab). on non workout days i only have one serving before bed. mixability is not great, but thats not a huge issue. taste is bland, also no big deal as far as im concerned. a sample of six thermos came with it, took one tonight and i feel very alert. i will have to give the product several weeks before making any definative comment. no matter how effective a supp may be, it wont make up for deficiency in diet or training. so far so good.
