G-Plenish week 2

from what i have read, it seems that the 'more is better' theory i.e. twice the prescribed number of servings per day, would have neglible impact on recovery. im trying to lose about twenty pounds in the next four months, from 195 to 175 and the caloric deprivation and increased workout voulme will probably hinder strength gains and recovery. assuming this is true, should i use more than the prescibed number of daily servings. i apologize in advance if my comments seem convoluted.

Gplenish is one of those supps where the more you take

the better of a response you will get.

glutamine is involved in just so many reactions within the body, that the injestion of a stable form supplies the body with an abudance that will create and maintain your overall health under times of extreme stress (lifting, diet, or illness)

this way any deficit your body may incurr on that level will be

safeguarded with Gplenish

I become weary for making this sound like a pancea
but really its that good.

on a side note i don't see why anymore that 4 servings
would be required a day for the maintenance of your muscle and strength under that regimen
hell your endurance will actually improve, and possibly your strength too

also since your going to go under a ton of oxidative stress here is some info:

about antixidants:

we know that a slew of natural foods provide us with antioxidant and their said benifits

however comsuming enough fruits to satisfy the goal, especially with our lifestyles is quite hard
Gplenish provides us a dense alternative to bulky food in reaching that goal

based on these antioxidants glutamine peptides have the antioxidant action similar to 3-5 servings of fruit or vegetables based on ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) for vitamins C, E, and beta-carotene. Glutamine peptides offer 300 times more ORAC antioxidant equivalents as compared to free glutamine.

SOURCE ORAC INTAKES

Vitamin E (500mg) 116
Vitamin C (500mg) 2830
3-5 servings of fruits and vegetables 1950
B-carotene (250mg) 300
bound amino acid glutamine (5-7g) 3.5-5.4
Protein hydrolysate (10-15g) 1100-1650

please ask questions any time:)

bump for more feedback so many of you got some, please share when you get a chance,

I've gone from 190lbs 8% to 182lbs in 4 weeks with no loss in strength thanks to GPlenish and Papervar(60mg/day).

And I was doing 3hrs INTENSE cardio/day.

My BF% is hovering around 6% now.

My cardiovascular fitness is downright amazing right now.

I'm hoping to reach 178lbs at 5% and stay there throughout soccer season. That would be a first for me, as no AAS(except Fina) has been able to keep my weight up.

Seems like Anavar+GPlenish is one kick-ass combination.

I like the tatse....call me weird...but I like it. I can drink it straight up w/ milk and wseetener. No need to add other powders.

fonz great post...

any other athletes out there using this.

right now i lift 4x a week and train 5x a week.. and at times i get super run down regardless of caloric intake or sleep..

i do notice when i get like this if i take large large amounts of whey protein it seems to help..

if people are being honest, really hope they are :) then it seem slike gplenish would really really help me out..

can i get some feedback on this or some theories from the makers.. feel free to email or pm if you dont want to speculate here..

cant wait to order :) :)

If you're an athlete that lifts and does heavy cardio...GPlenish is a godsend.

But you have to use 4 scoops/day to see an effect.

I used to get really sore and tired from full-fledged practices that lasted for 2-3 hours. With GPlensih that soreness is gone.
AAS does nothing for that. This allowed me to train 30min with weights 3X/week with super intensity and not be too sore for cardio....which is dangerous, because you can easily pull muscles.

hi Judo Tom
its going to help you out what can I say?:)
the run down feeling is known all too well,
your not going to get that when taking Gplenish on a regular basis.
actually a good experiment for you guys to mark if its working would be to delbratly overtrain your self for a week or so, then start taking the Gplenish
after about 3 days at Fonz's recomended dose you should feel some things going on.

the most common attributes thus far have been these 4
1) muscle fullness (akin to muscle volumization)
2) inceased recovery
3) incease of physical endurance
4) and its damn hard to get sore now =)

FONZ just curiuos when are you taking your servings?

and do you think more Gplenish would help you or is 4 servings the sweet spot that you have found?

................3 hours of practice huh? thats pretty rough reminds me of footbal days

wish I had Gplenish back then lol

Well, I've taken some time off from the gym because of dental work being done almost daily (I let a couple of cavitys get fairly bad, and needed wisdom teeth removed). But I've still started taking a few supplements that I've gotten from the AF store. As anyone who has read my posts about those other products know, I am have been very happy thus far, and this one is no different. :)

It's a little too early to tell results, as I am not returning to the gym until next week, and I am only taking 1-2 sccops a day. Although I have noticed my muscles seem a lot 'fuller', if that makes any sense. It seems even carrying a bag of grocerys from the car, I get a lil bit of a pump.

So far so good, when I return to the gym, and start taking 3 scoops a day, I will post more results. :)
