I think Ideally that you would want to space them out in Three too Four large doses.
when you divide it out throughout the day the likely hood of maintaining a positive nitrogen balance, and hence an anabolic state increases.
however Fonz introduced me to the "double up" idea where say before bed you take twice the normal amount.
This would aid in the likely hood of facilitating a GH pulse before bed.
interestingly enough in this months Muscle and Fitness that idea was recomended...........
I think your ok either way though bro its seems to be a dose dependant issue (ie. amount matters more )
