We are still in prep. Show is in less than a week. but we stocked up to break our diet.

 
My upcoming offseason training routine will be a combo of volume cycled with HIT. All training will incorporate FST-7 into my sessions. Cardio will be 4 times a week for 30 minutes.
 
My new split that I will start in a week:

Day 1- Delts, traps, triceps, abs
Day 2- Back, rear delts
Day 3- Rest
Day 4- Chest, Biceps, Abs
Day 5- Rest day
Day 6-Quads, Hams, calves
Day 7- Rest
