My upcoming offseason training routine will be a combo of volume cycled with HIT. All training will incorporate FST-7 into my sessions. Cardio will be 4 times a week for 30 minutes.

I'd like to know also, but I think Stone was asking why you both are stocking up on junk food since you are less than a week away from a show? Like, when are you going to eat it, before the show maybe for muscle fullness or after for a reward of hardwork?
