Question man...

I've heard guys say taking Milk Thistle reduces pumps (but maybe also effectiveness)? Any thoughts?

(Haven't been on here in a while, but good to see RADAR posting! I put a lot of stock into his advice.....)

(Oh, and are you still eating the gelatin on a regular basis? I have been doing that a while along with some other suppliments and GH for a while. And man, I think all of that together has helped my back disks and help rebuild the structure and the fluid in them. I also did a lot of rehab including reverse hypers, etc. They way I see it for joint health 1) correct exercises and form, etc. to prehab/rehab 2) raw materials for joints such as gelatin, glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM 3) something to signal the body to use the stuff: GH! Of course, this are all just anecdotal things I've picked up that I haven't proved necessarily.....but a lot of things in this "lifting game" are like that.)

Yes ,I'm still Eating Jello ,when i'm in a hurry i just pour a 1/4 bag in with my shakes once a day.
Like you I also take other Joint supplements.
