Well... tonight was a fun night! 
Front Squats -- Warmup Bar/135 x 10
185 x 10, 225x6, 245x4
Zercher Squats -- Warmup Bar
135x10, 185x9, 225x6, 235x4 -- New PR on the x6 and the 235x4... also, I didn't use any padding (my sweatshirt) on the bar for 185... sorry... still need to wrap the bar on 225 or over. LOL
Stiff-Legged Deadlifts
135x10, 185x10, 225x10, 275x8
Leg Curls -- 1 set of 20 reps, single leg. -- legs were cashed.
Calves --- standing, stack + 45 x 25 3 sets.
--- seated, 6 plates x 20 3 sets.
Legs is becomming one of my most favorite workouts... I think today, it just passed back.
Kind of like the Crab Most Muscular pose.
