frequency of body parts

WHat you think of this?
what about if this is done on sust?
more frequency or is this ok?
if i am on juice is this sufficient ?


sun - shoulders
mon - legs
tues - chest
wed - back
thurs - off
fri - bis, tris
sat - off
 
I would suggest doing the big bodyparts in the beginning of the week. as the week goes on, do the smaller bodyparts. although, I dont do it this way, here is how my routine is

sun-back/shoulders
mon-rest
tues-arms
wed-rest
thurs-legs
fri-chest
sat-rest
