My weak forarms are the sole reason I'm not deadlifting as much as I should be. Shame with shrugs.
What type of workouts do you guys do that really help you get big forearms? Thanks

Don't let that limit you bro. Use straps. Even with straps you are still holding the weight. Your forearms are getting more stimulation than you think. Deadlifts can not be replaced in any program.
Yeah I know, deads are one of my favorite lifts. Just saying its frusterating because my grip is usually the first to give out from fatigue.

wrong forum. heavy compound exercises for the most part. As far as isolating the forearms hammer curls, pin wheel curls, reverse bb curls, wrist curls, etc
What do bros deadlift here? Im reletivly slender (6 ft, 195, 9%BF). My 5rm is 310 which I realise is pretty low.
For heavy weight I use hook-gloves. I realise I am sacrificing hand strength but their ir simply no way I could hold onto the bar otherfwise
