forearm wrist and hand pain

First off, I am clean right now except for supps (protein, ECA, lipoflame, multi, and NO explode). I have been having a pretty severe case of a dull forearm pain in both arms for some time now. It is on both sides of my forearms, sometimes it feels like its my tendons, other times it feels like strained muscles. My wrist hurt like I am on winny or an arimedex or something (and sometimes my hands/fingers). Its so bad I havent had a decent bicep workout in months. I have tried taking some time off, but to no avail, I also have tried warming up for extended periods.
There is no tingling or numbness associated with it, and it only really hurts when I do curls...and sometimes from gripping on back day. I have tried wrist wraps, no wrist wraps, lifting straps, no lifting straps ect ect. I am hopefull its not carpel tunnel, but seems odd it started in both arms around the same time....any help would GREATLY be appreciated.

Thanks

Have you tried iceing them 20mins on 20mins off for about and hr? Any idea how it happened or was it just a spur of the moment thing.

Forearms and wrists are separate as is carpel tunnel.

Unfortunately no one can give you a good onion or accurate advice.

Also

Equally unfortunate is what my advice is, don’t work out that muscle group.

Muscles grow much faster and recover much faster than Tendons, joints or ligaments.

Your ailment sounds like a ligament or tendon not a muscle problem

I hate those.

I spoke to an orthopedic surgeon specifically about this Friday, his advice it 10%

In other words if it is a tendon or ligament even a muscle it will recover at a rate of 10 percent per month or 10 months. I know that sucks.

Just a personal note I am not working out at present, because

I tore the tendon from my triceps to my ulna, I also tore the triceps off the humeours-----Surgery was a month ago, and it will be at least another month before I touch a weight with my right arm.

goddamn that sucks bro. Anyone know how G.H helps with recovery from these types of injuries and surgery?

Also w/ solidspine on that - sounds a lot like tendonitis - I have stuff that flares up in various places from my forearms to my elbows that I've had since the mid 90s. The forearm one really is annoying because it doesn't seem like its a particular muscle or anything. If you have a particular grip you can't do, try to find an alternate grip or exercise - for ex I get wrist pinches esp in my left wrist doing upright rows w/ an EZ bar as well as wide grip pull-ups - cocking my wrist just the right way pinches all the way up my arm. Instead I will use DBs for upright rows. Pull-ups I have laid off of because they also aggravate my right rotator which is another whole issue.

I'd go w/ the icing first and foremost - I've never been able to make it "go away" but when it flares up it just seems to need to settle on its own. I try to work around it, it hurts, I have to stop, repeat and eventually I just can't work the area anymore so I stop, it gets some time off and heals and then we're all good again.

Take my work for it bro - go to an acupuncturist. They are extremely underrated and can actually help with symptoms like carpal tunnel and tendonitis more than ppl think. I had a severe case of tendinitis for two years! I was in PT for over a year, and finally upon going to an acupuncturist I was able to lift once again.
Another option is trying to locate someone fluent in british sports massage. There is a guy in my area who is amazing at the stuff, and I have spoke with numerous ppl who have had carpal tunnel for years. If you can find a british sports massage specialist who has been practicing a while I guarantee your condition will subside faster than you think!

P.S. - When looking for either of these make sure you find one who has been practicing for a while.

good luck bro

I get pain in my hands and forearms everytime I pick something up. Kind of like a gripping issue or something. Nothing slips out of my hands but they just hurt as well as my forearm muscles everytime. Any ideas what that could be?

thats exactly my issue...came out of the blue. And if I make a sudden unexpected movement (like if someone throws something to me unnexpectedly) it hurts like a MF'er.

thanks for all the advice so far
