Agree with prior post about using an anti-e with HCG, after many cycles with no problems, for which I never did any post cycle therapy at all, one of the last cycles when I used HCG it gave me bitch tits which I eventually got fixed. Also as part of that same cycle, I bulked to around 250lbs, it was really too much for me at that time, and higher fat levels may have contributed to the post cycle rise in estrogen. Looking back it was an unhealthy cycle and I would not force feed or bulk like that again, I would just take it slower and let the gains come about in moderation. There is so much better information available today, but you still have to be smart to avoid the mis-information (like in regards to dosage amounts), learn your body, nutrition, and avoid the pyschological issues and addiction. You really don't need to train as much as we used to, either. One thing I learned more recently is I crash harder now than then, although it was no fun then either. I think the smoothest off-cycle I ever had was just a real slow taper going into the spring, from like a 4-5 month late fall / winter cycle. I think spring / summer leads to stronger circadian rythms and that helps restore the HPTA.
