For those of you who are cutting and hate dieting..READ THIS

um no..the whole point is to have moderate fat, moderate carbs, and high protein in this diet..

And the whole point of this diet is to avoid fast food cravings! i hope your being sarcastic...

read above, i said 4% lean ground beef bro..dont think McDonald's serves those.
 
OK, I'm starting to hate cheeseburgers already and haven't even started the diet. Eating only cheeseburgers all day for weeks at a time would drive me nuts!!! It's cool that you let people know that it's ok to eat cheeseburgers, but you are overdoing it man. I believe in a HUGE variety of foods. I can't stand eating the same thing over and over.
 
Im sure this diet works because of the ratios. but I wouldnt use it for contest prep because of the bread and Ketchup (sugar) and not enough fiber and quality complex carbs for me. But for someone just trying to get leaner. whatever works!

The whole point IS to be sick of cheeseburgers! See, like I've stated before, and i'll say it again, my junkfood cravings are always for Wendy's burgers (they have the best IMO LOL)..well what happens to everybody like me who go on a strict tuna, oatmeal, veggie, and lean meat diet? You crave that taste of junk food so bad that sometimes you cant stand it and cheat and bail on the whole diet together..

By satisfying your taste or cravings for cheesebrugers at first, while still cuttin calories with the proper macronutrient ratios, your diet will run smoothe..then after a while, you trick your mind into being so sick of the taste of cheeseburgers that you're gonna crave the "healthy" taste of lean chicken and veggies and oatmeal! Obviously im not sayin to stay on this diet for the whole dieting phase (cutting cycle)...just about 4-6 weeks did it for me to the point at week 6 I could NOT wait to get my hands on some chicken breast and oatmeal!

Most of us don't like cutting. There's a few who likes to punish themselfs and love cutting for months, but they are few. Anyway, I'm one of those that hate cutting. I've also tried this "burger diet". But I used a big chicken breast that put in the mixer and then made a nice burger of. I did this with lots of meats. I bought cheap meat and removed the visable fat, then put in the mixer, then I made a burger of it. I do not like "white" high GI bread so I toasted some flax seed brown bread instead and used.

I dont think craving is that specific. Right now if i think of oreos and milk im craving, Friendlys brownie and ice cream,, crave, Half a pie of pizza.. im craving. shit at this point ice cream on pizza im craving. I hear what ur saying and its good info. and also if u lower ur carbs just alittle more maybe just have burgers with cheese no bread and some eggs on the side you would go into Keto which u said ur diet keeps you out of ketosis, what is so bad about that. its a serious question im not being a wise ass cause i am currently on a CKD and just curious. and karma for you brother.
 
I love cheeseburgers. I am on a CKD right now and am eating 4-8 cheeseburgers a day(no bread).

But I totally agree with some of you guys, when I am not doing a CKD I cut eating satisfying foods. burgers, low fat cheeses, steaks, oatmeal and raisins, bread(whole grain) etc.

I remember I used to live on grilled chickens with rice... those days are long gone.
