how much would a diet like this cost?

LOl are you being seroius?

I guess it costs me around 100 bucks every 10 days at the grocery store..the key is to have a Kroger's Plus Member card (its a grocery store for those of you who arent in the midwest or south)..

I like it too!

anything to do with burgars is a good thing!!!

As you can tell, dieting is very hard for me.

I have a question as I am pretty new to the dieting thing.

Isn't it better to have all of your meals in the day be the same amount of Calories or close to it?

I am going to be starting a diet soon, at around 2500 cal's and then working my way down from there!

no they dont have to be all equal in calories or macronutrient ratios..if anything you dont want that cuz it keeps your body "guessing" which is a good thing..you never want your body to "get use" to anything while your trianing or dieting..

cheeseburgers, i love cheeseburgers. i eat mine on wheat bread too. just get lean meat and your all good. i dont think this diet is gonna work for the serious bb but for any rec bb it should work as long your cals are low. eat some tuna or eggs if you get sick of the burgers. man this thread makes me want to go cook a burger right before bed. damnit

Um why not? Are you gonna sit there and tell me that 100 calories to Joe Shmoe doesnt equal 100 calories to Jay Cutler? or that somehow that the macronutrient ratio's do not work?

I mean yeah sure, the level of calories will vary from person to person..a 300lb man tryin to cut will need more calories and a 120 pound female will need less calories..thats not the point...i would like to hope most on here are smart enough to tinker around with the numbers so that it will be correct for them.

"Eat some tuna or eggs.." Whatever bro, thats what this post was exactly for..those who try that kind of thinking and fail or cheat and give up because there's no "weening" process..its like after eating a "normal diet" (whatever that means) then going straight to a strict tuna and egg diet??? Cmon, thats pretty hard to do. Like i said, this post was for those who hate cutting and its a small helper thats all.

anybody else?
kinda like an atkins diet but you have more carbs than he would prefer, basically you stick to meat and protien and low carbs, looks good. I made a post awhile back trying to use this same diet strategy to lose fat while bulking up and gaing lean mass, but i guess bulking is eating everything in sight!

well i think the exact numbers i used in my example would work for anybody from 170-200 pounds..i'm at 190 and around 6% bf..

the carb amount is enough to keep muscle glycogen full (so workouts arent ill-effected) and to keep you out of ketosis..although I've done a CKD numerous times and even written an article on it for another sports supplement company's website, its hard for most people to follow..

Do you have any suggestions for french fries?

bake a small sized potato, cut it into thick strips, fry it on a frying pan using some kind of non-fat cooking spray and eat with diet ketchup.

the potato has 50 grams of carbs and around 200 calories..

i'm assuming you're not tryin to be a smart ass:rolleyes:
