i am at week 3 of my pct. i have added in needtos gear between meals and am taking turkesterone and ecdysterone. adding 5mg plasma protein to every shake. also taking zma.
the reason i need help is because i am somehow 220lbs! the same weight i started at 4 months ago! my training is in check and nothing has changed. i got sick from week 2-3 of pct and couldnt go to the gym but i still ate so i am totally lost on why im 220. please help.
