I am new to this board and pretty new in general to serious weightroom training. Will be a college football player in the near future and want to step up my weight training since I know it's pretty serious at the Division I level. Just looking to learn and maybe get to know some of you in the process. I don't really like the current program we are on. And my dad powerlifts and won't let me do what he does becasue he said its not athletic at all. Hope I can find something that fits. Thanks.
