I had a really good friend in high school who was on our baseball team. He had a heart problem and he and his parents knew about it, but they let him play because he was unhappy when he wasn't playing. Baseball was his love. Long story short, the kid died at practice our junior year when he was 17. Passed right out at practice after feeling totally fine, maybe could've been saved but it took an ambulance 2 hours to get there when a fire station was across the street (which his parents won a $2M law suit for).
So what I'm saying is, just because you don't feel anything doesn't mean nothing is wrong, stero. You might not feel something coming before it comes. I'm not telling you to stop doing what you love, I hear you say you love lifting, but do you love it more than living? Bc that's what you need to decide before you go fucking around...
This! IMO you need to do some serious thinking and soul searching about what is really important stero.
lol...is that you?
I'm going to continue training with regular cardiologist follow ups every six months to make sure there are no bad changes in my heart
and keep juicing?
Yes but start small
No, a couple guys from the shop.
What's starting small? What kind of cycle are you talkin?
Yes but start small

Stero... Not the best piece of insight I've heard from you.
How about giving it 6 months to see what's next?

How about staying away from AAS or anything that has to do with heart problems??? Just a thought?

I don't know woot, I really wish I could answer why I even still think about continuing doing to do what I do. Maybe bigorexia, pushes me to do what I do. I mean look at anorexia they are killing themselves too for no logical reason. It's a mental thing maybe? Maybe I'm just fucked in the head?
Well how about instead of juicing you first try looking for someone to talk to about how you feel and how you process your self image?I don't know woot, I really wish I could answer why I even still think about continuing doing to do what I do. Glad to hear that you are doing better! But really bro take some time off the juice!!!!! Your heart just isn't something to fuck with! You got your whole life ahead of you and believe me your priorities change as you get older! I am not trying to tell you what to do but this should have been a reality check...it is your body trying to tell you something. Anyway this is probly being said to deaf ears you are going to do what you want. Who are we to tell you different. I just hope that one day I don't see a post in the future that you fucked up and killed yourself! Just my 2 cents I am not posting this to start shit. Just be safe my friend!

How did he crush himself with the forklift he was driving? Did some fool cut off the roll cage?that's why the yellow concrete pillers guard the doorway
so dimwit doesn't drive the forklift and fuck up the building
we buried some 17 year old punk who managed to crush himself with the forklift he was driving
his family was a pain in the ass
like forever because he was buried in our cemetery and they wanted to a shrine
nascar flags and other bullshit
kind of redneck bullshit
usually that crap fades and we can clean the cemetery so it's not "trashy"
but no momma kept coming in with complaints and placing more nascar crap out by her dead son
well maybe "nascar johnny" wouldn't be dead if he didn't hotdog it on the forklift
just sayin'
ewwww gross![]()
well this reply got by me
any help?
wtf
that was a compliment

we've got about 10 forklifts and none of them have roll cages. I've actually never seen a forklift with a roll cage. must be a CA thing.
fuck, buy that guy some new drawers
Guess so. I've never seen on without at least roll bars, but most have full cages. CA is big on OSHA. They are like the mob, all coming around looking for things to hand out fines for. Our insurance is high too. Inspectors come through all the time looking for reasons to raise the rates.

I'm going to just run test by itself for a while 500mg a week
I have lots of shit to figure out before I start
Like how to gain from proper diet and training?
I've been training and dieting since the age of 14. Trust me I know the importance lol
LOL, sorry I threw you off base, I just dont want to have kids, the whole idea just creeps me outwell this reply got by me
any help?
wtf

how much do you weigh again? and what did your big lift numbers look like before all of this?
stop being a dumb kid and listen to the bros that've been around a lot longer than you, like ceo and woot
5'5 weighed in at 184lbs day I entered the hospital. I'll go with the 3 main lifts, squat, deadlift, and bench. Squats I was using 295lbs deep box squats 10reps. Stiff legged deads I was using 315lbs 10reps. Bench I was at 245lbs for 6 reps. I don't know what my max's are, I've never tried because I didn't want to risk injury.
Lol@dieting since 14. Bullshit bro

maybe he should have focused on growing taller at 14
How do you get so big lifting such light weight?
Stero... Just a thought, but if this group of "AAS friendly" people is worried about you, maybe it makes sense to take a hard look at why....
I don't think (most of) these guys are busting your balls. I know some of them care a lot and no one wants to see you have a bad outcome.
If you make yourself a statistic all you do is contribute to the stigma. You're not dumb. Don't be remembered that way.

Stop being a dumb faggot. Time for a reality check cocksucker. You're NEVER going to be a pro body builder like you want to be. Sorry, it just ain't gonna happen for a number of reasons. Genetics is a big one, having a broken ass heart is another. You say you've been dieting since you were 14, lifting, and using copious amounts of gear and this is what you got to show for it?
![]()
Now you have a pretty decent build, but for what you claim it's nothing anyone couldn't achieve by a proper diet and routine all natty. Everyone here jokes around and busts each others balls but nobody wants you to continue killing yourself over something that just isn't gonna happen for you.
I kinda thought the same thing but seeing how he struggles with body image issues I couldnt find a way to delicately say it, thanks a lot captain sensitiveStop being a dumb faggot. I can bench 50lbsHow do you get so big lifting such light weight?

bros why the hate?
let the man do what he wants, i understand genuine concern but it doesn't sound like that to me.
if he want's to joose, fug it he's life not yours.
that being said, i lol anyone says aas is not addictive, look at what bros go thru and continue saucing.
shit is highly addictive, proly more so in a lot of ways than other stuff, the pyschological addiction is huggge
because he's just a kid....21ish? You're right, nobody here can stop him from doing anything, but we don't have to sit back and watch him talk about doing absolute ridiculous shit.
AAS may be addictive to those people who have addictive personalities, but there is no way it's addictive like any hardcore drug or even booze and cigs.
21? damn.
but why waste energy on the dude, he's obviously not listening, so to me it's not worth it, let him die of heart failure at 22.
imo, it's more addictive because it creates a new image of who you are...a strong, powerful dude and people comment and give accolades to...having somebody tell you how good you look is a powerful thing, then having that some person say "what happened" strikes the very core of who you think you are.
that is a bigger high to some and a more addictive lure, than a cola buzz or booze.
Who's waisting energy? I'm surely not...
I'll agree it's probably addictive if you already have an addictive personality.
that's it!
No more free shit for you!

that's it!

(No Hetero) but the son of a bitch has a point.Stero is a good bro! Your legs don't look that bad either. I know you are worried about losing size and to be honest I would be too. Bodybuilding has alot to do with vanity and I truly understand. Although the people who care about me would much rather me look smaller and live than to be a swole corpse bro. I think running any AAS right now is asking for it. How much size will you really lose if you do a proper PCT and diet and train hard like you were on? 5-10 lbs? Hardly worth dying over. Mitch is being a dick which is why I love him.(No Hetero) but the son of a bitch has a point.
Alright plank so you throw up a pic after I did my very first cycle of sust ever.
Here's a pic from November like 3 weeks into my test, tren, primo cycle View attachment 53453
some days i wish i could be happy without lifting weights and all the bs that comes with it (joose, tanning lol, supplementing, not going places cause you don't want to miss workouts, etc)
i know plenty of healthy folks who don't do any of this shit and are just as happy and athletic...sadly i don't think i can ever be one of them

well, calling him a faggot seemed a bit much.
and clearly the bro has some substance issues, only somebody with such issues would continue to use them knowing that his heart could be dramatically effected.

AAS are extremely addictive, psychologically and physiologically. There is the simple withdrawal depression caused by reduced circulating T, but "manorexia/bigorexia" is a very real and serious problem.
lol..did you forget where you were?

me tho..right bro
I'm not disagreeing w/the fact they can by physchologically addictive, but there has to be an underlying issue already in place, right?

Eating disorders, aforementioned included, have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness (approximately 20%... that's higher than schizophrenia... in fact, it's higher than many cancers).
So yeah, that's why I myself am concerned. And yes, we are on an online forum and people have the right to make their own decisions but I'm certainly not going to nod and affirm just to make someone feel better or "fit in".
Bodybuilding with AAS is a lot like surfing big waves. Everyone knows it's dangerous. It's not for everyone and some people choose to take risks because they choose to live their lives that way. Fine. I get it. Trust me. But if I were a surfer I wouldn't let my buddy go out with a broken board and a bleeding leg wound. This is the difference between calculated risk and recklessness.
Choosing to continue to dose your own gear right now is not HRT, bro... It seems to fall more on the side of reckless. I agree. You sound addicted. What are you gonna do about it?
