flyes and cable training

dumbell flyes have been great for me, since i've started to do them i've seen a huge diffrence in the chest area. Flyes if done properly are a huge asset to anyones workout.
 
Do you have an existing shoulder problem?

Have someone check your form to make sure you are not over extending.
 
i definately prefer cables for flat flyes - probably becase their is more resistance on the inward motion - develops my inner chest better
 
wide range of motion, comfortable on the joints, good stretch especially on the negatives, good pump
