my opinion would be to really simplify your training and use mainly bodyweight exercises. You could do the big 4 lifts, and use bodyweight exercises as assistance:
Assistance to military and bench: dips, pullups, pushups, handstand pushups
Assistance to squat and deadlift: back extensions, natural GHR, walking lunges, box jumps
then hit bodyweight ab work - situp variations, hanging leg raises, planks
if I were you I would do somethng like this
Deadlift
Box Jump
Back extension
Military
Handstand Pushups
Dips
Squat
Natural GHR
Walking Lunge
Bench
Chins
Pushups
and abs whenever you like
you should try some hill sprints too

I pushed myself super hard cause I sure as hell didn't want to get beaten by him, could have gotten 315. The I continued the contest and did a few 2 handed deadlifts, pretty easy. Pullups went great, however that is definitely my max and I am going to have to progress slower now. Pendlay rows were fun, going to do like 3x8x175 next week. And for you jdid I will video 1 handed deadlifts next time. You have a right to see me destroying your 2 handed deadlift pr with one hand
