Good workout today. A lot going on today, I pulled in the gym 3 times and had to leave due to phone calls so glad I finally got to get in here and get through one uninterrupted.

your test levels are very low, very bad for longevity and health
I will probably see my doctor again in next couple months and see if I can get prescribed it as insurance would hopefully pay for it. If not what dose should I consider for TRT?
