Fist cycle test e & dbol

eZ_e i thank you for all your help, i just want to ask a few more questionWeek
1 to 8= 30mg of dbol
Week 1-12= 500mgs of test a day split in to 2
Week 1 to 12 3 taps of unleashed ed
I am sure i need nolva how should i take it and when
how should i take the HGC and when
 
A first cycle....1cc work your way up to 4cc......guy should be punched in the face for that kind of info....
 
Stop. You need to research fr yourself, now. Stop taking anyone's advice right now, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, and then come back here with a plan and we can help. The problem here is that you don't know enough for yourself to be able to run an effective cycle and understand what might happen, what might need to be done, etc. You are relying on eveyone else guiding you.

Research what an aromatase inhibitor is. Research what an effective PCT is - See official PCT of 2010 for good guidance, and reseach HCGenereate, Unleased, Post Cycle, etc.

Once you're done, come back and post a good simply Test E plan, and get some advice.
 
OK here is a brief summary of what i eat everyday nothing changes.
8:30= half a litter of egg whites with 2 packs of oatmeal.
10:00= protein shake with my multi V's
11:30= 1 whole chicken with 30g of almonds
2:00= 2 can of light flaked tuna with 1 cup of brown rice and a banana after that
3:30= protein shake
5:00= 1 pound of lean stake on the bbq im
8:00= cereal lol
10:00= protein shake then go to sleep.

I think my what i eat is pretty impressive most people don't eat a quarter of what i do a day, my family thinks insane lol..

Seriously? Half a liter of egg whites? A whole chicken? You are nuts. More is not always better. It's good that you have some balance in there (a few healthy fats), but this needs a lot of work.

Start by calculating - not guessing - your maintenance caloric expenditure (Google Katch McArdle for a good formula). Solicit some opinions on a good macronutrient breakdown (percentages - 40/35/25, etc - something like that). From there you can divvy those numbers up into portions that are reasonable for a meal.

Stick with whole, unprocessed foods. No packaged oatmeal. Prepare your own chicken. Weigh things. Spend some time getting it right now and it will be much easier down the road.

I pretty much figured out how i am going to run my cycle, i have been doing crazy amounts of ready and research for a while now and they reason why i posed here is because i found out what people online and the bodybuilder that told me this info are completely different so that why i come here for help.
i am running my cycle like thisPlan
Week 1-8
Dbol 20mg/ed

Week 1-10
500mg Test E 250mgs monday 250mgs tuesday

PCT:
Week 12
60mg Nolva/ed

Week 13-14
40mg Nolva/ed

Week 15
20mg Nolva/ed

Week 16
10mg Nolva/ed

would i still need unleashed with my cycle
and how should i be taking the HGC?
this is my final question.

D-rson please show me a a example on how you would take it if you where on this cycle and i appreciate everything you guys are doing for me i thank you alot and im not going to start thy cycle until i have everything on track i am starting to plan this, before any mistakes i want to go in strong.

Personally, I would only run Test for your first time so you can learn what test does to do , when the sides take effect etc. Stacking in dbol just makes it impossible to tell what is causing the sides. But atleast do not run it for 8 weeks, so you can see what the tst does when it kicks in in week 5.

W 1 - 10 500mg Test E, 250 twice a week
W 1 - 4 20mg dbol ED
W 3 - 9 500iu HCG, 250iu twice a week
W 10 2000iu HCG, 500iu four times that week
W 11 - 12 12.5mg Aromasin ED
W 12 - 15 Sustain Alpha
W 12 - 15 Unleashed

Have Aromasin on hand for AI. You probably will need it at some point. When needed you can start at 12.5mg EOD and go from there. I need 12.5mg ED for anthing over 400mg /w but everyone is different. Run liver support during dbol and atleast 4 weeks after.

11:30= 1 whole chicken with 30g of almonds add broccoli
2:00= 2 can of light flaked tuna with 1 cup of brown rice and a banana after that drop the banana and add an apple
3:30= protein shake with mixed berries
5:00= 1 pound of lean stake on the bbq im
8:00= cereal lol chicken, sweat potato, and mxed veggies (broccoli, coliflour, carrots, peppers ect)
10:00= protein shake then go to sleep. add a few whole eggs and some spinach

also make those shakes in milk. then you will be fine. you need the fruits and veggies just as much as the protein and carbs. its all part of the equasion.

if you eat this diet along side a 8 week 20mg dbol cycle you will grow great and recovery will be a brease.
