first timer, looking for a bit of advice

Thanks for taking out the time to view my thread...I am beging my first cycle, I was curious if my format is suggested for a first timer.


1st- 250 enathate(test)....
2nd- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus
3rd- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus/100 deca
4th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus/100 deca
5th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus/100 deca
6th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus/100 deca
7th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus/100 deca
8th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus
9th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus
10th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus
11th- 250 ena(test) / 250 sus

nolvadex daily and clomid for 10 days before and ten days after last injuection .

You'd be fine just taking the sust250 for 10 weeks and save the test enth and deca for your next cycle.

Either sus 250 or test enanth at 500mgs a week for ten weeks then PCT two weeks after last enanth inj or three after last sus inj. PCT!!!!

i agree, but sust250 would be my choice, 250mg e4d. i'd get on some hcg the week of your last shot and run that for 2 weeks, 1 week past your last shot, right before you begin the other pct.

definitely nix the deca though, that will most likely yield nothing positive and probably make pc harder than if you didn't use it at all.

Some good advice, I would run either the sust or enathate (which ever you can get cheaper per mg) at 500 mg for 10 weeks, and drop the deca for your first time.
