First time cycle...please advice

IS there a disctionary to what the acronyms mean ? like what is "Test" specicially.. Are we talking about testosterone booster ? I see alot of Testosteron + Name , so I dont know what exactly people are talkin about.

Its all good man, thats why I come to a forum where people know this stuff, because nobody in the gym that i go to talks about it ... or is willing ot share their info.

For acronyms? Lol. Oh, boy. Check it out main go to drugprofiles.com read up. Then look up half life on aas. Study for 3 three years. Then think about aas imo. Get your diet on and train no reason why you cant stand 200 natty
 
I'm curious to know how to people "shred" or get "ripped" to vein popping 5-6% everywhere. Because I have been trying to cut since September, and obviously I am still not there. Only thing I have been doing is dieting/eating very clean, so obviously I am doing something wrong, which makes me believe its the extra supplement that I am not taking that gets people so rippped where they have veins on their chest and abs..

my friend, to get to 5-6%, takes a lot more than a pill and "eating clean" For me to get to this level I have given up everything man... I don't drink anymore, I don't do any drugs anymore, I don't party anymore, I NEVER cheat on my eating and when i tell you that i work out hard, you have to grasp the concept when I say I workout hard... go look at my log and see what i do DAILY to maintain this... To even get there is fucking hard, but to maintain it, is 24/7 dedication... yes, aas has helped me take it to the next level but trust me when i tell you, to get there and stay there is a never ending job... its total maintenance... so if you think your willing to do that then it is obtainable, but i have a feeling your diet and training are nowhere near that level... go read my log and look at just a typical workout i do... what you keep bringing up about wanting, i don't think you grasp the concept of how hard it is to get there...

13% body fat.

Been lifting for 5 years total, the past 2 years with 2 cycles of pro hormones(oral steroids)

I have been thinking to start my first injection (real) cycle. test cyp

I'm dedicated to working out 6 days a week and a solid diet 7 days a week.
My question is should I push it to the next level or keep my stats where they are. 345max bench 550max squat 305squat

Only supplements I take now is multis, preworkout, and protein 4 times a day

Im open to your advice..
 
Hey guys ive been on this website a lot this past week for advice.
im 22 5'11 and about 160 pounds about 8-9% body fat im looking to bulk up possibly add additional 10-15 pounds. I wanted to know what would be the best and "safest" oral to take? how much,when, etc etc. My calories will of course be very high and ill put in work at the gym. So can anyone please just give me some advice on what to take? greatly appreciated.
