First time cycle...please advice

Sup guys,

Here are my stats:

25
172lbs
5'10"
Pretty lean - I'd say 10-12% body fat.

Been lifting for 2.5 years total, of that a little over a year very serious / good diet / proper form / technique.

I have been thinking to start a cycle.

My current first goal would be to be around 180-185lbs, at low single digit body fat. I Dont want to get too big, going more for the beach/underwear model loook.

The ideal physique I'd want to achieve would be something like Gregg Plitt, Lazar Angelov.

Very active in the gym, go about 5-6x a week. Stopped doing cardio recently because I felt like its eating my muscles...so I just walk for 5-10 minutes. Diet is on point, didnt have trouble with that... High protein, moderate carbs, low fat/sugars.

Only supplements I take is protein casein, multi, oils, some creatine, and pre workout juice.

At the moment I would like a basic cycel that would offer good gains, if possible would prefer if it could be oral only...but Im open to your advice..

You are not ready to take steroids. You are too small. Also you should research much more... You dont have any idea what you want to take?? We are here to critic not spoon-feed

My ideal goal is to put another 10 lbs, and lower my bodyfat to be really ripped, have more vascularity in my body, get rid completely of all gut thats left over. From my research I was looking at an Anavar cycle, and for the getting ripped part Clen.. Im not asking to be spoon fed, just looking for pointers in the right direction
 
hmmmm.. the pic you posted i find it hard to believe you are just 172 pounds.. you got some good size on you.

also you are probably closer to 9% body fat.

i would cut off the cardio for a bit and your weight will jump.. that will give you the goal you want. see what happens.

then you can look into maybe a beastdrol or dbol/proviron cycle for 4 weeks

you don't need to mess with clen, trust me.. the sides are not worth it.

I have stopped with the cardio for about 2 weeks now, I noticed my strenght increased. I know alot of people are suprised when I tell them, but after I piss, empty stomach I weight 170-172. I would be really happy with 10-15 more lbs of solid dry mass, and hit the 4-5% body fat target.
 
^^^ well without seeing a pic i would of said you were skinny as hell. you probably just have a small skeleton.. cause i weight about 20 pounds more than you at just 5 6 and you don't look that far off muscular wise

i would run a dbol/proviron cycle.

20-30mg dbol and 50mg proviron a day.

4 weeks

unleashed and post cycle PCT. once you gain some weight first though.. i will bet my left nut the reason you don't weigh much is your legs are probably skinny. so work on your legs for a little while, get them conditioned..

I'm bairly 5'9" and I weigh 180 with 11-12%BF.

Gear is not the answer, train hard and eat my dude.
 
My legs are actually thick and pretty strong. My calves are thicker then some guys that work out longer than me....275x6 squat, 600x8 leg press... for my frame i think that legit/ I do train hard, I eat good to stay lean, and I am one of the few people that consistently come ot the gym 5-6x a week no matter what. Im not saying its the answer, but I have been trying to hit 4-% bodyfat and its not happening , and I dont want to turn into a hulk either.


@ Steve, is that an injectory cycle or oral ?
