First Real Cycle

OK guys this is what I'm thinking: My goal is get lean gains while losing a bit more bf. Diet is pretty clean but it is HARD to stick to a clean diet. Sooo many temptations to sneak a cheat here and there.

Stats: 6"1, 235, 17% bf and have been training for years on and off. Have serious for about the last year though.

Bench 300
Squat 330
DL 275

I need your opinion here. Do I have the weeks correct

Cyanostane OR Helladrol weeks 1-4
hcgenerate weeks 2-8
Phyto weeks 4-8

Should I mix in Forma stanzol for PCT as well?

Running all of that is just gonna make you bulkier if you don't do something about that diet!
 
I get that. I dont mind a little weight just not 15 lbs. I'm trying my best to stick to the foods in the sticky on the front page but it's harder than I thought it would be. I can do it though.

Question though: Do I need to run all that and am I injecting the right components at the right time?

None of those are injectables, they are "Legal" compounds. They arent illegal "real" aas as some would say. They are all Orals. So you have nothing to worry about as far as legality, and there are no injections.
 
how old are you?

at your height and weight you are more than 17% bf my friend.. but you are welcome to post a pic and prove me wrong. I just don't believe that you have a lot of muscle with those lifts. 300 pound bench and 330 pound squat are not very strong for someone your size.

I think you would be better served doing what RADAR said and fine tuning your diet and working out for longer.
 
Yep, take your BF that you believe you're at, add 5% to that, and that's your real BF.

I was at "20%" for the first 50lbs of my weight loss, and I've been stuck at about "10%" for the last 30lbs. Heh.
 
I'm 38. And more importantly I want to do this right. And when I said "injecting the components at the right time" I didnt mean literally inject. I should phrased it as "am I adding these components into the cycle at the right time?" I'm aware that these are all orals.

That being said, I will definitely take what everyone is saying here seriously and if it's my diet that I need to adjust and get my bf down before running this cycle then I will. I have no problem with that.

I am not opposed to hard work. I can always add more cardio. I usally do cardio for 15 minutes before workouts. Currently working out 4 days a week.

When I am ready to run this cycle, is the cycle I proposed and components i mentioned ran/added at the appropriate times?
 
^^^people are gonna argue this but I will be blunt.. you will not lose bf doing steroids.

some steroids REDUCE your appetite and speed up your metabolism so it gives the impression that the steroids are somehow burning away your bodyfat.

with a strict diet you can accomplish this without roids. just a matter of if you are willing to resist temptations.
i have NEVER lost weight on a steroid cycle. I always gain weight.

also the cycle here screams of strength gains which is not your goal at all.

cliff notes: I can set you up on a catabolic diet if you are serious. just PM me and I will be glad to help, just don't waste my time. give me 6 weeks and follow what I tell you and you will be very satisfied.
 
I will be the person to disagree to an extent. Adding some AAS such as test will put your body into a better environment for fat burning. Do the AAS BURN fat? Not directly...but better nitrogen balance with protein retention, added LBM, plus diet and cardio puts your body in a great mode to burn off additional fat and to recomp your body. Should you rely on AAS when you main goal is BF loss, NO, but if you are looking to recomp, eat clean, add in cardio, and lift heavy, AAS allows you to get more results if done right.

I always recomp better when running Beast or Test than just diet and cardio switches alone.

The main point here is that you MUST have your diet and training in check and perfected BEFORE you add in any of these compounds or you will just waste the potential cycle, and you dont want to do that if you are just expecting to run these compounds and lose fat its not gonna happen like that.
