How are we different physique-wise? How old are you?

I'm about to go to Subway which I consider my 'cheat meal' for the week. That's pretty clean if you ask me.

I'm 19. And you're physique is a tad bulkier than mine.

Yes if I stopped eating every hour I might lose some weight. I know I can do it. I just like to be able to kill my lifts.
 
23-25% is what i believe

if ur looking to cut weight without cardio try replacing your cottage cheese with more healthy protein such as eggs or more fish. same thing if you eat a lot yogert or drink a lot of milk. after consuming amounts of diary products, the body doesn´t always break down and digest them completely so they are stored as fat.

you also look like you have a good base going on, congrats on the weight gain since 11th grade. keep up the good work.

i also think if you did some cardio before working out 10-15 mins on the treadmill your physique would look more impressive after a couple of months.
 
I think you looked WAY better at 195, even a little bit heavy then. You are much too heavy at 225. If you are going for powerlifting, then bulk it up, if you are bodybuilding, then you need to cut quite a bit of fat. You looked muscular at 195, you look too chunky now. I am not being rude, but I think you are going the wrong way. Cut that down and you will be a tank for sure.
 
hey, how's the progress?

I'm 5'9 225 as well, so we have some similar bodytypes, I think I'm probably stockier than you, judging from the lifts you posted.

keep workin' hard on the big heavy stuff!
 
i'd venture to guess the BF is north of 25%... I was just measured at 18.9, albeit not with calipers, but i'm much leaner than that...

i'd be interested where you're at now as well...
