My name is Spartan and i've started my first HGH cycle along with anabolics about 2 weeks ago. I will be providing body measurements along with supplementation and diet info. My goals are to achieve 12 pounds of lean muscle tissue while slashing bodyfat to 15%. I'm a big boy as you can see in my pic gallery but i'd like to get more people asking me if i compete than if i play football. Here is what i'm currently taking.
425 mg. Test Cyp every week
350 mg. Deca every week
3 iu's Blue tops every day
.5 mg Arimidex everyday
* please note i'll be adding Test prop in 2 weeks to put my test levels at 700 mg per week. That means i'll shoot 125 mg. Prop EOD. If your wondering why i would use long esters and short esters together i honestly get better results with less estrogenic sides. I always taper with prop as well so i can monitor PCT more efficiently. When i add Prop i may even lower the Cyp. somewhat as well. I will also use anavar or winny (which ever i can afford) towards the last 5 weeks of my 13 week cycle. HGH has started kiicking in as i felt a slight numbing affect in my hands yesterday. I will hopefully run HGH for 6 months if cash isn't an issue.
* I must note i train 5-6 days a week and i will be training MMA as well at a local school. Here is what i ate today.
Breakfast: Bagel and protein shake
2 meal: 15 oz. NY strip with brown rice - Acai juice mixed with green tea.
3 meal: 7 oz. NY strip with brown rice
4 meal: 1 lg. grilled chicken with sauce and huge serving of sauteed green beans with almonds
5 meal: candy (DOH!), popcorn (went to movies dayum it) . BSN LEan dessert two scoops with Milk
6 Meal: none
* i will try to be cleaning up my diet as i know its a mess. I struggle with eating clean but never have an issue getting 250-300 grams of protein in.
Current Supplementation regimen:
Sesapure - 4 tabs
Fish oil - 4 tabs (i'll provide exact dosage soon)
Milk Thistle - 500 mg /ED
* I plan on adding AIFM when i increase dosages of test.
BSN Cellmass - 10 grams of creatine baby! i love this shit.
