Hey everyone. I've been hanging around this site since I was 14 years old always reading about steroids. My interest in them actually led me to my current career path of becoming a medical scientist (I'm in first year of grad school, still have about 6 years to go!)
Neways been working out hard steadily for the past 8 months, and I've always went to the gym just with varying frequency and intensity.
My strength and weight gains have stopped after about 4 repetitions of the mad cow 5x5 and I'm ready to try a cycle.
I really just want to put on some lean muscle mass and lose some body fat before Spring Break.
I was thinking sust, winny and equipose for lean muscle, and clen and t3 for fat burning with clomid and HCG as PCT and nolvadex on hand. What dosages would you recommend? W/o advice I'd prolly go overboard and just waste my money.
I'm 24 years old, 6' 210 lbs ~19 % bodyfat. I'd like to gain about 10 lbs muscle and lose 6% body fat or around 12 pounds. Think that's reasonable for my first cycle?
BTW it seems kinda wasteful to cut on my first cycle, but I wanna be cut and not bloated on the beach.
What do you think?
