First cycle need dosage help

Hey everyone. I've been hanging around this site since I was 14 years old always reading about steroids. My interest in them actually led me to my current career path of becoming a medical scientist (I'm in first year of grad school, still have about 6 years to go!)

Neways been working out hard steadily for the past 8 months, and I've always went to the gym just with varying frequency and intensity.

My strength and weight gains have stopped after about 4 repetitions of the mad cow 5x5 and I'm ready to try a cycle.

I really just want to put on some lean muscle mass and lose some body fat before Spring Break.

I was thinking sust, winny and equipose for lean muscle, and clen and t3 for fat burning with clomid and HCG as PCT and nolvadex on hand. What dosages would you recommend? W/o advice I'd prolly go overboard and just waste my money.

I'm 24 years old, 6' 210 lbs ~19 % bodyfat. I'd like to gain about 10 lbs muscle and lose 6% body fat or around 12 pounds. Think that's reasonable for my first cycle?

BTW it seems kinda wasteful to cut on my first cycle, but I wanna be cut and not bloated on the beach.

What do you think?
 
bro you can just fix your diet and do a shit load of cardio and drop some bodyfat then just gain the 10lbs of muscle?

At the risk of sounding redundant: Forget the clen and T3. The best way to drop that BF% is simply to diet!! South Beach, Atkins whatever pick your flavour, but tons of time on the treadmill or what have you + a strict diet will get you better and safer results.

Chances are, if you lose the weight you want you will look bigger too. So maybe gear isn't for you, or @ least not yet.

It seems to me that many ppl don't realize that the smaller you are (BF wise), the bigger you look!! (Assuming you lift fairly regularly)
 
You're prolly right, but I have some sort of body image problem that keeps me kinda bigger. When I start a cutting diet, which I have just recently done neways, I always feel like I'm losing too much muscle and and it seems my chest shrinks too much in proportion to the rest of my body. Plus I hate having my heavy lifts stalled, I always feel like a beast putting on weight to my squats and deads. Beastly activities are my main gym motivator!

All in all you may be right thuough...

He Is Right, You never have any idea how big that muscle is until you shed that fat, and only then you will start to shine!

lol... ya, ab unch of us suffer from the "bigger is better" thing.. But sometimes smaller looks bigger :)
 
Great news (for me!!) I really didn't feel like the BF measurement that the hand held machine gave me was accurate, so I went and got someone to test me with the calipers. They say 11.2% BF! That's freaking amazing. In my mind, it's like I lost almost 24 lbs of fat and gained another 24 lbs muscle. That's 2-3 ean gaining roid cycles. Today I weighed in at 213 and 35" waist while bulking. Granted this could be low (and it could be high) and my upper body is realistically fatter than my lower (electric machine only measures upper I found out).

I guess based on my previous body fat recording you would think that I'm not training / eating well or that I don't know a whole lot. But actually, I was on a fairly clean diet for bulking. Of course I had to have a caloric excess, and I cheated more than I should have, but I was shooting for around 300 g protein per day. I eat a lot of whole wheat, oatmeal, two cans of tuna a day, at least 2 chicked breasts, 6 egg whites, and 1-2 95% lean hamburger patties a day. I always get 112g protein from whey shakes.

My lifts are strong and I'm still gaining, although I expect to stop that now that I'm cutting. Squat 365, dead 315, bench 250.

Now that I started cutting, I have already done AM cardio 3x this week, but we got a snow that cut me out a day. I try to do a combo of hit and incline walking for 500 cals on non lift days, and about 250 on lift days. Plus as a student and being employed near my house I prolly get 30-45 minutes light bike riding a day during transit.

I'm using pintacota's cutting spreadsheet to calculate my caloric needs, and I'm dilligently counting calories, which is something I didn't need to do while bulking.

My diet today was:

protein shake
Run
oatmeal / bannana / whey
mixed fruit cup and lowfat yogurt
tuna sandwich with two egg whites, 1/2 tablespoon lowfat mayo, whole wheat (low simple sugar) bread, 1 tablespoon mustard, a touch of soy sauce
Next meal will be two chicked breasts and 1/2 can green beans simmered with bullion (that's the key IMO)
Two lean hamburger patties,

prolly something else I haven't decided.

I've used pintacota's calculator with success two previous years before spring break, and I always lose about 3% body fat, but I've never startetd this early and I intend on running till I puke this time, not worrying about strength gains which tended to hinder my running previously, and just go all out. I'm also going to add a few more sculpting exercises to the mad cow 5x5.

So now that you understand my dedication and now that I'm ~10% BF leaner than previously believed, do you still think I'm not a candidate for first cycle yet?

I value your opinion, and 90% of the time I'll listen to the experts, but at some point I'm going to have to throw in the towel and try regardless.

Whaddya think?
 
The only person who can really say if you are ready to start a cycle or not is yourself. At 24 you are more than ready and by the sounds of things your training and diet are reasonable enough so id go for it - start slow though - Forget winny and equipoise!!! just run 500mg of sustanon per week for your first cycle, you will be pleased with the results. Keep the other stuff for next time around. Good luck.
 
either bulk or shred .. easier and more effective .. yes u can do both to some level but it will be way less effective for both imo..
