update on chest workout today
last weeks chest worout went like this
Bench: 135x15, 275x5, 295x1(4), 225x8, 225x7
DB Incline: 95x4, 90x2, 85x5, 80x4
BB Incline: 185x3
Flyes: 50x8, 55x6, 60x4
Hanging leg raises supersetted w/ decline weighted situps: 7.5lbsx12 - 12lbx12, 5lbx6 - 12lbx12
Today went like this
Bench: 135x12, 265x5, 225x10, 245x4, 225x3
DB Incline: 85x8, 90x8, 100x5
BB Incline: 185x7, 225x1
Flyes: 50x10, 55x7, 60x4
Hanging leg raises supersetted w/ decline weighted situps: 10lbx8 - 15lbx12, 5lbx8 - 15lbx10, 0lbx8 - 15lbx10
IDk why my bench went down, but my db incline went up? BB Incline went up too, so did flyes. Everything but BB bench lol
