that was my worry...wayyy too much "junk" or processed carbs.......efa's are way to low too and protein needs to be bumped...switch your oat packets, to steel cut or 100% rolled oats, switch your baked potatoe to brown rice or a sweet potatoe, LOSE THE RICE CAKES AND LOSE THE BAGELs except immidately postworkout......inveest in some udos or use anpb......cottage cheese is cheap and an incredible food, esecially right before bed or even as a midnight snack with peanuts and/or peanut butter........
