First cycle help please!! Test 300?? And what else for post cycle

Hey,

Im looking to start hitting the juice, but im not sure about my first cycle. This is what i think is good from the reasearch i have done.

Week 1-12 Test 300
Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day
I also heard that i can chuck in Dianabol 20 mgs/day for the first 4 weeks, is it worth it as this is my first cycleDianabol
1 400 mgs 20 mgs/day

Do i need to take anything before the test and is the Nolvadex ok as a post cycle option. Will this help elimate gyno. Could you give me any feedback.

If your diet and training are in check and you have reached your genetic potential then I would run the following cycle.

Week 1-12
Test E or Cyp 400 per week
week 1-5
Dbol 50 mgs per day

Now if you are gyno prone then have some Letro on hand to combat the issue if it arises. You may not have any gyno issues at all however HAVE IT IN YOUR POSSESSION prior to starting your cycle if it does arise.

As far as post cycle then I would just do Clomid at 50 mgs per day for 3 to 4 weeks. You will be good to go. This is all you need. Im not a big fan of OTC supplements however you can add a good multi vitamin if you wish.

If it's your first cycle, there's no need to use 50mg/day of dbol. If it's good dbol, 20mg-30mg/day should be plenty. I still get pretty good results from just 20mg/day and it keeps me from getting too much bloat.
 
Hey thanks all for the help. im 21 80kg and 6foot. I no some may say put more weight on or wait more, but ive been training my ass off now for a year and only getting sligthly bigger. So are you saying dont worry about Nolvadex ?? and when do i run the Clomid . After the 12 week cycle or before. And finally just 20mgs of Dbol? for the first month or so..?

Hold on bossman.....you're very light for your height, there's a few things that could be wrong here;

A) under training

B) over training

C) under fed

Please post your diet in a typical day and your training schedule/split/routine.....
