First cycle ever

hi
iam 31 male 93kg ,22%BF ,181cm
training for 4 monthes now
beaching 120kg
deadlift 190kg
squat 160kg

i train 5 days a week and train for 1:30 to 2:hours ED
i use whey , glutamine,animal pack and creatine
i eat 5 times a day to reach ~ 180g proten ED
i want to increase my strength and muscles size as possible especialy chest
i want a complete begginer cycle (Cycle with jump starter,Pre-pct,pct)and i want to make it the last cycle
what sould i take ?and what i will ecxpt
i wil start it after a month from now
 
You have only been training for four months and you want to cycle already? If that's so I'd say train more an try and max out your gains naturally then cycle. Also your diet could use some work, more cals, proteins, carbs etc. Just my .02.
 
i agree with the above.. you weigh over 200 pounds yet only bench 260. you still have a ways to go before you are ready .. muscle building takes time. you need a strong base, if you cannot get there without AAS, then what will you do when you are bridging between cycles?

Whats the purpose of training for 2 hours at a time 5 days a week.

Is your volume really that high or are you talking/resting way to long in between sets and exercises. Either way tho doesn't sound like a very intense workout.

You didn't mention anything about cardio if your walking on the tread for 45 of those min then I guess its not that bad. But even then a shorter time doing hiit would be better.

i think for 4 monthes (from31-12-2010) and have the one rep max (120kg,160kg,190kg) is a good progress ?
Whats makes me want to have a steroids is my age
my problem is i started to play at 31 so not alot natural hormones for me in this age
i wanna jump in my progress to overcome my age and then train without steroids and use only supplements
do you advice me to train aonther 8 monthes then begin a cycle or start from now ?
 
My Friend i spent my years from 18- to my late 20's building a foundation naturally, the better the foundation -the better steroids will work-and the more gains you will keep.That is a proven fact,You can't build rome on a foundation of toothpicks.


BTW.......I'll be 60 in Dec. :)
