First chest day back from pec tear.

Went pretty well all things considered.

185 x7 (started feeling really tight so I stopped)
135 x10
135 x10

Felt good to finally do something. Weights felt super light and no soreness or pain just very tight.

Three weeks. I'm a fast healer and it really wasn't a bad tear at all. Still I'm going to take it slow and easy.

Bro, you aren't going to want to hear this advice, but if you are coming back from a chest tear I'd recommend dumbells only for the first 6 months. It takes a lot longer than people think for a soft tissue tear to heal the way it needs to for a guy who lifts at your level.

Feels great today, I think the lifting and stretching helped out. Gotta set up an appointment to get some deep tissue massage done now.

Great job on the recovery. Chest recovery takes time. I hope it gets better and better for you and good luck in the gym!
