Firefox problems with Windows?

Okay I'm running bootcamp, cause I need to use this vedic astrology software that configures psychospiritual energies with cycles of time and blah....
It's fruity I know, but fuck it... don't really care.

Anyway, when I use firefox, safari, explorer, I will google something and then get sent to some really shitty generic douche site.

This only happens on the Windows side and not the Mac Side...
I'm so computer not saavy, so be easy on this primordial newb.

Help?

I haven't read the other post, but try this. Go to tools and hit "clear private data" then check the cookies box. See if that works.

It's not just you. However, I don't use my Mac for games (are there Mac games?)? I have a PC for that stuff and several images when the game / movie invariably screws up the OS.
