To be honest, almost no cardio training. .
From the first picture i posted, I started no karbs, hi protein, hi fat, with hard wheightlifting.
The fat just started to ran off quickly. . I got really motivated by that, and just continued working harder and harder.
On pic 2 ive lost almost 20 kg (44lbs) And my muscles got very visible, and i felt almost to thin.
I startied eating karbs again, but not as much as before. I started carefulle with brown rice, dark bread, and potatoes, and maximum 1/5 of a plate. Started using more karbs before/after training. Doing that for about 6 months, until i took my first cycle, which i now just stopped, after being 12 weeks on .. the first 8 weeks on cycle, i was plainly bulking. Eating like a horse! The last 4 have been very low karb, high protein, low fat. but still eat a lot!. Gained about 25 lbs in what i believe is at least 90% musclewheight, if not more
