Nothing special, really.
Twice a week: Run stairs at the HS football stadium for 45 minutes.
Twice a week: Rollerblade at a 15mph pace (occasional power sprints) for 45 minutes.
Once a week: (Weather permitting) hiking 4-5 hours.
Weights:
4x8 125lbs stiff legged deadlift
4x8 90lbs hamstring curls
4x10 100lbs lunges

My leg strength has decreased due to multiple hip injuries in the last 6 months. For now I can't go any heavier. Maybe in a year I'll try again. I'm pretty bummed about it. At one point I was up to 275lbs on squats. I'm patient though... I'm sure I'll get there again soon enough.
I'm not going for drastic growth... another 1.5" and I'll probably be happy.

I was so frustrated for a while. I was working hard and not gaining any mass. What ever caused this change... THANK GAWD!
