Hopefully this will fix the problem.

try to stop working out your arms for a two or three weeks

then go back and see if you've gained any in the next week or so

Nice job cutting. Your legs look great. If you can put more size through your arms chest and shoulders you'd look great. Be happy that you have great legs. Most guys don't.

LOL... if you only knew... I do 4 sets of calves a week and about 8 sets of legs. I really don't need to work them, but I do some cursory movements just to feel like they aren't neglected. I have only been doing this the last 6 months, so with time I should be able to catch up my top with the bottom. I guess I am lucky. I hear most people complain about never gaining mass on their legs, so I guess I shouldn't complain.
 
your abs arent even :)...you look good man, aside from the arms maybe....either way be very proud of yourself...how long you been training?

Hey at least I can finally see my abs...lol. As far as the arms go... Winter specialization should cure that ill. At clost to 18"'s my arms look small compared to the rest of my physique, so I need to add at least an inch to get them on par with everything else.

I have been training off and on for 12 years. I was always just a guy who enjoyed training and never gave much thought to diet. Now I have totally flipped my approach and concentrate much more on the macronutritional ratios, timing and calorie density of every meal to max results. It has made a world of difference.
