I curl more weight with strict form than guys with much larger arms than me... Since that hasn't been working, I have been doing higher rep sets and fatiguing the shit out of my arms, also stopped using dead straps to give my arms extra work. Hopefully this will fix the problem.
try to stop working out your arms for a two or three weeks
then go back and see if you've gained any in the next week or so
