Final SGX pics...

Well, I took these the day I left for vaction on the 19th of September. I had the 7 fold BF test the day before and came out at 7.2%. I wish I would have tested when I started but I guestimate BF% at around 12-13%. See here for old starting pic.

All and all, this cutting thing hasn't been that bad, but alas I see my glaring weaknesses and it is time to go to work! I need thicker shoulders, more back width and overall upperbody mass. My legs held up well with the dieting, but my body tends to cannibalize my delts... it never fails. Opinions welcome;) .

yeah your legs are big and beautiful and that might pull away from yout upper body, but seriously you've done some wonderful work there.

Yep... my arms and shoulders blow..., but I already knew that... Thanks for the honesty. What sucks is that my arms are close to 18", but for some reason they just seem to be a weak spot. I curl more weight with strict form than guys with much larger arms than me... Since that hasn't been working, I have been doing higher rep sets and fatiguing the shit out of my arms, also stopped using dead straps to give my arms extra work. Hopefully this will fix the problem.

try to stop working out your arms for a two or three weeks

then go back and see if you've gained any in the next week or so

Nice job cutting. Your legs look great. If you can put more size through your arms chest and shoulders you'd look great. Be happy that you have great legs. Most guys don't.

LOL... if you only knew... I do 4 sets of calves a week and about 8 sets of legs. I really don't need to work them, but I do some cursory movements just to feel like they aren't neglected. I have only been doing this the last 6 months, so with time I should be able to catch up my top with the bottom. I guess I am lucky. I hear most people complain about never gaining mass on their legs, so I guess I shouldn't complain.
 
your abs arent even :)...you look good man, aside from the arms maybe....either way be very proud of yourself...how long you been training?

Hey at least I can finally see my abs...lol. As far as the arms go... Winter specialization should cure that ill. At clost to 18"'s my arms look small compared to the rest of my physique, so I need to add at least an inch to get them on par with everything else.

I have been training off and on for 12 years. I was always just a guy who enjoyed training and never gave much thought to diet. Now I have totally flipped my approach and concentrate much more on the macronutritional ratios, timing and calorie density of every meal to max results. It has made a world of difference.

what are your overall stats? and weights you lift! i think you have the idea physique...i know everyone on here is obsessed with more and more mass...but i wouldnt go to crazy with that

Thanks magman and everyone else for the comments.... it really is encouraging to hear good feedback.

As for stats... in these pics I am 208-210 at 7.3%. Top bench was 405:( , Top squat was 585 for 5 belt no knee wraps rock bottom wide stance, My top deadlift was 595... with straps :( .

Not sure where my lifts are right now, but they aren't far from those totals.

Swole, now that I am on SUP2 my arms are getting too big to pat myself on the back...lol. I am up to 218 and have not gained a mm on my waist in three weeks. Hard to believe I am getting these results through diet and training alone. It makes me realize how out of whack my diet was in the past.

Thanks for the compliment, but I am lightyears from having the perfect body (my perfect body would have a cock that can automatically resize from 6-18 inches... but I digress...).

Once we are satisfied... what is left? I would really like to compete in the next few years and although I look decent right now... a little more overall mass couldn't hurt. Another 20 pounds of lean mass in the next few years shouldn't be an issue.... Sure I could add 30 pounds in a few months if I take 3 grams a week and eat like a pig, but I would rather have quality "aesthetic" gains... Being big for the sake of being big is only good for impressing other big bulky goons and your own max lift ego.

Just got my BF% tested last week.... I am back up to 10.5% at 223 lbs. I put on 7 pounds of lean tissue and aout 7 pounds of fat... so I am starting to get back into the bulky goon category...lol
 
Hey bro you have inspired me to get on SUP...I will be starting in a couple weeks...I hope to gain NOTHING but tissue...I will be using some gear on it so I hope results will be good

Good luck. I think you are going to like it. You may gain a slight bit of fat, but whenever you try to gain muscle naturally you can expect that.

Thanks... My chest isn't really that bad... but my shoulders suck. I have devoted an entire day to them each week, so I hope this corrects them.
 
I agree, you're chest isn't bad at all. but imo you'd look fucking AWESOME with more chest mass /width - if you get my drift.
