Well, I took these the day I left for vaction on the 19th of September. I had the 7 fold BF test the day before and came out at 7.2%. I wish I would have tested when I started but I guestimate BF% at around 12-13%. See here for old starting pic.

All and all, this cutting thing hasn't been that bad, but alas I see my glaring weaknesses and it is time to go to work! I need thicker shoulders, more back width and overall upperbody mass. My legs held up well with the dieting, but my body tends to cannibalize my delts... it never fails. Opinions welcome;) .

the depends photos was a good one, but I think that'll come back to haunt you!

yeah your legs are big and beautiful and that might pull away from yout upper body, but seriously you've done some wonderful work there.

Yep... my arms and shoulders blow..., but I already knew that... Thanks for the honesty. What sucks is that my arms are close to 18", but for some reason they just seem to be a weak spot. I curl more weight with strict form than guys with much larger arms than me... Since that hasn't been working, I have been doing higher rep sets and fatiguing the shit out of my arms, also stopped using dead straps to give my arms extra work. Hopefully this will fix the problem.
