vitex lowers prolactin, which deca, tren and anadrol increase. none of these actually convert to progesterone, they just can have negative activity at the PR, through which they increase prolactin. high dose vitex can actually elevate progesterone, and this isn't really a bad thing, as the progesterone displaces some of the progestenic steroids you are taking (Serge Nubret's favorite steroid was a veterinary combo of deca and straight progesterone. he was also a porn star in France, so i guess he didn't get deca dick?).
to get a really good anti-gyno kick off the vitex i have to take a large amount (around 12 caps a day). at under 6 caps it seems to not help me at all, if anything making the itchy nips worse.
Both myself and a few of my lifting partners have used tren/anadrol with the vitex and had no problems whatsoever. That new letrozole stuff also seems to help with anadrol bloat for some reason, and you just need one tab every other or every third day (i know it does not make sense, as letrozole is an anti-estrogen, but it does work). I am currently using the vitex and letrozole with tren/anadrol + a small amount of deca and test, and do not have puffy nips. this is surprising, as i am one of those people who starts to get gyno off 600mg of test, even when using 1mg armidex a day.
