Feel like shit on DNP

Im on my fifth day of DNP using 500mg Ed, planning to do this for 21 days. I am 225 pounds, taking all the recommended supplements and the dirt is good.

My problem is that i feel like crap! i am very nauciuss, almost the whole day. Does anybody have any tips that can prevent me from wanna throw up all the time. I also fell very absent-minded and having touble whit my consentration, i got this the last time whilw on DNP and its not a good thing when you go to college.

Another thing that cunfuses me is that im not especially warm, the last time i was on DNP at the same dosage i was sweating like a mofo. Pretty sure my DNP is for rea, very reliable source.

Any suggestions?
 
Excuse me, . nothing personal here . but how much reserach DID you do before planning this?

21 days at 500 mg?

That is WAY beyond what people have spoken of.

Sure, guys have done 200 mg for like 21 days.

And some have done 500, even more, for like 7-10 days.

But 500 for 21 days? You are definatley breaking new ground there, no WONDER you feel like crap.

I would back off the dose, or the length of this cycle. That is too much for too long.

I used DNP five months ago 21 days @ 500mgED. Had no problems exept that i was warm. Lost amacingly 25 pounds.

if im not warm now, will that say that my DNP isnt working as suggested by someone her?

Kevin drop to 200mgs a day. High carb + high protein diet.. low low fat. ALa with carbs three times a day will help. Good luck.
 
what everyone else said about duration and dose. if you are going long, go low.
you likely feel like shit due to heat, dehydration, and then of course most importantly - the dnp prevents (or rather reduces) the conversion of tryptophan and the like to seratonin, so you are effectively clinically depressed while on the stuff (low levels of free floating seratonin)
 
I have gotten positive feedback from clients doing DNP every other week at 400-500mg total dose, 200-250mg twice daily. Week 1 is a ketogenic diet with no DNP. Week 2 is isocaloric diet with DNP. Week 3 is ketogenic; Week 4 is iscaloric with DNP. One week of ketogenic and reevaluate.

The workout is aerobic style, weight training. 4 sets of 20-25 reps of chest, back and legs done three times per week. this is done in Circuit Training Style. Results have been good--20-30 pounds of fat loss average for the men..no ladies taking it, so I can't comment.
 
Lower your dosage. 500 is pretty insane for over 20 days. I don't think I could stay on it for more than 8... nor do I think it is recommended.
