100g of protien before bed seems like overkill. 50-60g would seem ideal IMHO.
 
I do feel smaller in the morning but I think we jump up and take a look and it doesnt compare to during the day after a workout and taking in fluids,food all day. As far as this double thread smaller and pissing at night, I piss about 3 times a night and it drives me crazy. I hate it. I get thirsty at nite (before bed ) and I have to drink something. It is a regular cycle, I get award winning gas, I mean AWARD winning bombs at night from the protein and feel bloated up like a dead cow and then I piss 3 or 4 times a night and in the morning I feel thinner and no gas and I look in the mirror and think, I was bigger yesterday. :qt:

What branch of the service your in no way proves how "tough" you are so those bad jokes don't fly with me.

Btw, if it weren't for the fact that I have a weak bladder I'd have made it into the Navy Seals. I passed the physical tests with flying colors to get into BUD/S.

So go dwell on that for awhile you rucksack weenie.

Jubei, what do you think about fats before bed? I have a fast metabolism, so I eat about 40-50g of real food protein and about 40g of complex carbs before bed to keep from shrinking. I take in almost no fat before bed. What about adding some olive oil and an omega3 cap?

Also, I drink a ton a water before bed. Sometimes I wake up feeling like a have to piss, but I just go back to sleep. My bladder is industrial strength. I wake up in the morning and piss forever. My wife is always amazed. Never have to take a piss at night.
